Welcome to the website for Shevington Community Primary School and Children's Centre.

Shevington Community Primary School promotes a ‘can do’ culture in everything that it does.  The school continues to be driven forward by the voice of the pupils.  It is a listening school with a proud history of almost 200 years.

We have a special role to play in preparing our children for a brighter, healthier future.  We achieve this through

•    our eco friendly, sustainable curriculum which has developed to nurture support, challenge, enjoyment and excellence
•    our approach to new and emerging technologies as a platform to enhance learning
•    our child centred, eco friendly school premises and grounds which continue to be developed to support our ethos and curriculum.  

We integrate high standards of achievement and behaviour with the goals of healthy living, environmental awareness, community and global engagement and citizenship.
